North Naples Church is seeking a full-time Director of Finance and Accounting to oversee all financial functions, including GAAP-compliant accounting systems, reporting, and internal controls. The role reports to the Senior Pastor and collaborates with the Treasurer, auditors, and church staff to maintain accurate financial records.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred) and strong analytical, Excel, and leadership skills.
