The role involves overseeing the accounting functions for multiple properties and companies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with established polici
es.Responsibili
- ties
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and proce - dures
Manage a team of two other accoun - tants
Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, reporting, billing, AR/AP, cash management for all properties/comp - anies
Develop and manage annual financial bu - dgets
Consolidation of companies belonging to the same owne - rship
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and oversee the closing pr - ocess
Ensure all AR are collected pro - mptly
Maintain the chart of acc - ounts
Maintain an orderly accounting filing s - ystem
Preparation of annual CAM budgets and CAM recon cilia - tions
Implementation of Rent increases (CPI and stan - dard)
Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for security deposits, accrued and prepaid expenses, allocation insurance pre - miums
Monitoring TRIM notices and coordinate potential con
Qualific

Minimum of 10 years of accounting and finance exp - erience
Must be highly proficient in Quick Books - Online BA/BS in acc
