ResponsibilitiesAccounting Assistant
Full-Time, On-site
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
A desirable opportunity exists for a highly detail-oriented individual to perform accounting functions which may include processing Accounts Payable, data entry, bank deposits and maintaining accurate records and files.
Qualifications- Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a high school degree or GED equivalent.
- Also a high level of detail and accuracy is required.
- Ability to perform 10-key by touch.
- Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems; JD Edwards preferred and proficient knowledge of Excel.
- This position requires the ability to multitask and work independently along with a customer service focus to interact with residents and staff.
