At Venture Title Services, the Escrow Coordinator position is a key role that involves closing a variety of residential, commercial, and refinance transactions. It's a role that demands diligence, precision, and a customer-centric approach. What sets us apart is our strong team structure and the extra support available at every level. Our streamlined process allows our teams to handle high volumes of work while keeping stress levels to a minimum, resulting in a manageable workload.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Notary commission
- Prior experience in Reception or Administrative Assistance
- Prior experience in title and escrow and/or related industries
- Handle clients' questions, comments, and concerns on phone calls
- Assist visitors with questions and concerns
- Organize incoming mail and packages
- Set up files for the office
- Scan files into the company database
- Enter data into various company databases
- Follow building security protocol for all guests and visitors
- Engage in other activities and special projects as may be assigned
- Review commitments and purchase agreements
- Review legal documents and interpret trusts, powers of attorney, and estate dockets
- Gather all documents required to prepare settlement statements
- Comply with and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements
- Explain provisions and procedures with clients
- Collaborate closely with Escrow Officers to provide the best customer service
