Position SummaryIST Management is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join the Naples team today. The Legal Receptionist will provide daily corporate reception/front desk, hospitality, and administrative support services on‑site in a professional law‑firm setting. Ideal candidates will have prior reception experience, an excellent customer‑service mindset, clear communication skills, a willingness to train, and a desire to grow in their office‑services career. Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus.

Hourly Compensation$20.00‑$20.00
ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. No nights or weekends.
Responsibilities- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors; maintaining a safe and clean reception area.
- Operating the telecommunication system and using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents.
- Copying, scanning, faxing, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; preparing and setting up conference rooms for meetings.
- Ordering meals and coordinating with catering vendors for office events; filing documents electronically.
- Demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills and following confidentiality policies.
- Performing other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to submit to a required pre‑employment drug screen.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills.
- Prior customer service/retail/hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work individually or in a team; competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Compliance with attendance policy; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to cross‑train for other job functions.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lb.
