Property Manager / Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager and Administrator to oversee daily property operations while providing strong administrative and operational support. This role requires a proactive professional with proven experience in property management, vendor coordination, tenant relations, and office administration.
The ideal candidate is dependable, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
- Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and occupants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with vendors and contractors
- Track work orders, follow up on completion, and ensure quality standards
- Conduct property walk-throughs and ensure compliance with safety and lease requirements
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant documentation
- Maintain accurate property records, files, and databases
- Prepare reports, correspondence, notices, and internal documentation
- Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines related to property operations
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting and reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with owner, management, vendors, tenants, and internal staff
- Support compliance, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, office administration, or a related role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
- Experience working with vendors, contracts, and invoices preferred
- A professional who takes ownership and follows through
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
