We are seeking a reliable, proactive

Personal Assistant to support a busy business owner with day-to-day personal and household responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, hands-on, trustworthy, and enjoys keeping a household running smoothly. You’ll also occasionally collaborate with the professional’s Executive Assistant on projects and assist with preparing the home for client entertaining.

Key Responsibilities Household & Personal Support
  • General house cleaning, organizing, and upkeep
  • Laundry (washing, folding, organizing)
  • Grocery shopping and household errands
  • Managing household supplies and inventory
  • Washing and maintaining cars and boats
  • Coordinating household services and vendors as needed
  • Occasional travel to residence in Montana
Pet Care
  • Daily care for dogs (feeding, walking, basic care)
  • Transport to grooming or vet appointments if needed
Client Entertaining Support
  • Assist with arranging andsettingupclient dinners and small events at the home
  • Coordinate food, beverages, and table settings
  • Ensure the home is guest-ready prior to events
Administrative & Project Support
  • Occasionally assist the Executive Assistant with projects
  • Help with scheduling, coordination, and light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
  • Comfortable around dogs and willing to provide hands-on pet care
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform hands-on household tasks
