Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime until 4:30 PM)
On-Site Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier / Administrative Clerk to join a busy Traffic Division office in Naples, FL. This position supports collections operations for the Clerk of the Courts and is ideal for candidates with strong cash handling, customer service, and administrative experience.
Responsibilities- Accept and process customer payments accurately
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions
- Prepare daily reports and reconcile transactions
- Enter payment and customer information into Excel and internal software systems
- Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced office environment
- Perform general administrative and data entry duties
- Minimum 2–3 years of cashiering or cash handling experience required
- Prior experience in banking, retail, customer service, or payment processing strongly preferred
Stable work history required - Strong data entry and computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other software systems
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
