A private family in Naples, FL, seeks a detail-oriented and professional Executive Housekeeper to manage cleaning, organization, and household operations in a private residence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative team spirit, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude while working in a pet-friendly environment.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough daily cleaning and organization of all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and the kitchen, ensuring a pristine living environment.
- Handle all laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, folding, and maintaining wardrobes to the highest standards.
- Provide light pet care, such as feeding, walking, and maintaining clean and tidy pet areas.
- Work closely with the House Manager and other household staff to ensure seamless household operations.
- Monitor, restock, and procure household supplies, including groceries, to maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with light meal preparation as needed, adhering to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.
- Support deep cleaning, seasonal tasks, and other special projects as directed by the family or House Manager.
- Handle additional duties and special requests with flexibility and efficiency.
This is a full-time, live-out position with a standard schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, totaling 40 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is required to accommodate the family’s needs, including occasional weekend work.
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a housekeeper in a private residence.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
- High proficiency with technology, including computers and smartphones, for communication and task management.
- Excellent references from current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- High energy, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior organizational and time‑management skills.
- Flexible availability for overtime and occasional weekend work.
