Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cash Clerk for a full-time, long-term contract opportunity in Naples, FL. This on-site role supports a busy government and public sector office environment within a traffic division setting, with a strong focus on payment processing, cash handling, customer service, data entry, and administrative support.

Candidates with experience as a bank teller, retail cashier, payment processing representative, or high-volume customer service cashier are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Accept, process, and record customer payments accurately using cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Enter customer, payment, and transaction information into Excel and internal software systems.
- Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
- Perform general administrative, clerical, filing, scanning, and data entry duties as assigned.
- Follow established procedures for handling confidential information, payment records, and public-facing transactions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Job type:
Contract/Temporary.

- Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required until 4:30 PM.
- Work arrangement:
On-site position in Naples, FL 34112.
- Full-time, long-term opportunity.
