# Timeshare Rental Administrator - Full Time - Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour ClubVANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB - Naples, FL 34108## Description The Timeshare Rental Administrator is responsible for responsible for administering and optimizing timeshare rental listings and reservations. This role performs administrative, customer service and accounting functions related to listing agreements including but not limited to: reservation processing, deposit tracking, and owner/guest communications.
Manages all deposit transactions and ensures timely guest payments and commission disbursements and owner disbursements in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements and approved compensation plans. This role thoroughly understands the rental management agreements and ensures adherence to the terms per the agreements, balancing the needs of both owners, guests and with the profitability of the company.

* Two or more years previous timeshare, rental management, property management, hospitality operations or administrative revenue management is required.
* Must be customer service oriented with professional demeanor
* Must possess strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
* Must have the ability to manage deadlines and track deposits accurately
* Timeshare software experience highly preferred
