Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Office Assistant, Data Entry
We are seeking an Inventory Clerk. The role focuses on office administration and inventory control.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience in office administration, data entry, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and timely.
- Comfortable entering, updating, and maintaining information in computer systems, reports, spreadsheets, and inventory files.
- Process paperwork, maintain records, and support day-to-day inventory transactions related to locations, trucks, jobs, and warehouse/job divisions.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). SAWIN experience is a plus.
- Multiply tasks, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow through on assigned tasks until completion.
- Dependable, punctual, responsive to requests, and open to feedback for improvement.
- Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
- Team player with a positive, calm, encouraging presence in busy or high-stress environments.
- Work comfortably with vendors, clients, team members, and internal departments professionally.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, clerical procedures, and customer service practices is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate degree preferred. - One year of office/admin experience, data entry, or inventory control experience preferred.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch.
