Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated and talented Move Specialist
to join our team. This role contributes directly to our mission by delivering exceptional service and supporting the well-being of our residents, families, and fellow partners. The Move Specialist provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Move-In Coordinator and assists with residence readiness, move scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and move-day logistics.

• Assists with apartment turnover and move-in readiness inspections.
• Maintains standardized move readiness checklists and tracking tools.
• Coordinates internally with Facilities, Housekeeping, Dining, Security, IT, and other departments.
• Coordinates elevator reservations, deliveries, and vendor access.
• Tracks punch-list items and communicates status updates to the Move-In Coordinator.
• Supports move-in day logistics and apartment preparation.
• Maintains move-in and move-out schedules and documentation.
• Assists with inventory management and administrative reporting.
