Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing the end-to-end sales process, developing strategic plans to meet performance targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in premium or mainstream automotive brands—particularly those like Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, or Honda—and will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, dealership operations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve new and pre-owned vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and manufacturers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present performance reviews to senior management.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
- Able to desk car deals and help with CIT's
- Minimum 7+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in brands such as Nissan, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, or Honda.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, sales KPIs, and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for the automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
