Position OverviewAs a Sr Vendor Relation Risk Specialist within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Chicago, IL or Naples, FL.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the restaurant or retail industry, SaaS, and payment gateways.

Job Description- Identifies and manages risks associated with critical products or services, aiming to mitigate risk, improve vendor performance, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
- Regularly interfaces with critical vendors and organizational staff to interpret needs and provide accurate specifications and risk mitigation solutions for complex services. Identifies opportunities and leads projects to enhance efficiencies in the program.
- Leads the review of new and existing contract assignments for compliance with applicable regulations for critical engagements and third parties.
- Consults with vendors to remediate risks identified in the assessment process and recommends, initiates, and drives improvement opportunities on complex engagements.
- Responsible for creating training documentation, risk specialist process documents, reports and required documents for management review.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
