About the Position

Great Au Pair  LLC in Naples, FL is hiring a Live‑In Couple for a Housekeeper/Maid/Cook/Butler/Laundress role. Compensation is $52k–$55k per year for the couple (DOE), plus room and board in a guest house with utilities, food, and cleaning supplies. The role requires a driver’s license and reliable vehicle, and candidates must be 40–60 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. This is a full‑time position (48hrs/week) on a private estate.

• Perform daily housekeeping duties: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining surfaces.
• Execute detailed cleaning projects on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide nightly turn‑down service for the principals.
• Handle laundry for a high‑end wardrobe, including reading care labels.
• Provide light cooking and snack preparation in the kitchen.
• Serve drinks and snacks around the pool as needed.
• Care for two small Shih Tzu dogs, including feeding, playing, and participating in nightly routines.
• Conduct ad‑hoc and recurring tasks as required.

• Speak and understand English fluently.
• Professional appearance and a kind, happy demeanor toward guests and principals.
• Understand the need for privacy, discreet conduct, and confidentiality.
• Willingness to take on any task, regardless of size, and to repeat tasks to the required standard.
• Ability to manage time independently and perform tasks without interference.
• Physical capability to bend, kneel, and access low surfaces.
• Dog friendly with understanding of caring for the principals’ pets.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for errands.
• Undergo successful drug screening and background investigative check.

The work schedule is approximately 8hrs per day, from 10am–2pm and 3:30pm–7:30pm, Tuesdays–Saturdays, with Sundays and Mondays off, except during vacations.
