Commercial Contract Manager (M/W/D)
You will shape the commercial framework of our energy projects from the very beginning. You will be involved early in project development and contract negotiations and accompany them to a successful conclusion with our customers. You will work closely with legal, finance, and project management. Your daily routine is characterized by clear responsibilities, transparency, and a team spirit on an equal footing.

Contract management:
Steering all commercial aspects throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation through negotiations to operational implementation. Stakeholder management:
Evaluation of risks and audience-appropriate communication within the company as well as clear representation of the company's position towards customers to balance expectations and enable informed decisions. Cross-functional cooperation:
Coordination of commercial requirements with areas such as finance, treasury, insurance, sales, and project management to ensure consistent and standardized solutions. Claims management:
Analysis and evaluation of deviations or risks during project implementation, including impacts on revenue recognition (IFRS) and cash flow, as well as development of viable solutions. Securities management:
Coordination and evaluation of securities such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, or guarantor declarations and coordination of credit limits in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
Your profile – what you bring with you:
Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, business law, or a comparable qualification. Master's degree in a relevant field and knowledge in the insurance sector are advantageous. Several years of experience in contract management, ideally in energy or infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of EPC contracts, claim management, export and logistics processes, and financing securities. Fluent German and English language skills at C1 level.
