We’re looking for a full‑time Operations & Team Support Coordinator to oversee and support the administrative, analytical, and organizational functions of Berman Health Club. This is not just an assistant role. This is a key position that helps drive accountability, efficiency, and team performance across both our Movement and Wellness divisions.

- Support leadership in monitoring team metrics and accountability
- Help manage workflows across both Movement & Wellness Teams
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
- Maintain accurate client records and administrative systems
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Assist with internal systems, processes, and implementation projects
- Coordinate internal communications, follow‑ups, and priorities
Support daily clinic operations and administrative needs
- Track team performance metrics and operational scorecards
- Coordinate recurring performance and accountability reviews
- Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are followed consistently
- Support team efficiency, communication, and structure
