• Streamline the product development lifecycle by maintaining and organizing key product specifications and item data.
• Optimize procurement efficiency by managing supplier quote requests, organization, and reviews.
• Drive product improvement through detailed analysis of product samples and systematic quality checks.
• Enhance documentation standards by updating product manuals, instructions, and customer-facing materials.
• Support data-driven decision-making through consistent market research and competitive analysis.
• Facilitate team productivity by providing general project management support and hands‑on product demonstrations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of product specifications and technical documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.

• College degree in a related field.
• Experience with product testing and technical writing.
• Prior project coordination or administrative experience in medical/consumer products.
• Basic understanding of physics concepts relevant to product stability and durability.

Job Type: Full-time (on-site) in Naples, Florida – This is not a remote position!
