Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader in a full-time, non-exempt role in Naples, FL. The position offers an hourly wage of $24–$28 with a $500 sign-on bonus and eligibility for additional bonus programs.
You will support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, resident relations and events to maintain 100% occupancy. Responsibilities include greeting clients, qualifying needs, processing applications, updating records, and participating in Cardinal U training.
