Operations Manager – Naples Expansion

Island Home Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to support our growing Southwest Florida operations and help establish our new Naples branch.

This position will work directly with ownership and our Maintenance Manager to oversee existing Naples-area properties, support daily operations, recruit and develop team members, and assist with building a permanent Naples location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company and play a key role in the development of a new branch operation.

• Support daily landscape maintenance operations
• Assist in managing crews, foremen, and production schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections and site visits
• Support Account Managers with customer service and property needs
• Oversee existing Naples-area properties and help expand our presence in the market
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard field employees
• Build relationships with local vendors, subcontractors, property managers, HOAs, and industry contacts
• Assist ownership in identifying and securing the ideal Naples yard, office, and operational facility
• Help establish operational systems, staffing, equipment, and logistics for the Naples branch
• Monitor safety, productivity, and job quality
• Train and develop crew leaders and future foremen
• Assist with branch growth and operational excellence throughout the Naples market

• Minimum 5 years of landscape industry management experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations
• Landscape installation experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple crews and employees
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience recruiting and developing employees
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required
• CDL preferred but not required
• Proficient with computers, scheduling, and communication software
• Knowledge of the Naples and Southwest Florida market preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• $65,000 – $80,000 annually
