Shape the Future of Specialty Pharma & Biosimilars as an Associate Director, Corporate Strategy

This onsite role in Naples, FL seeks an Associate Director for Corporate Strategy. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy within life sciences, with expertise in Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Biosimilars, particularly in Respiratory, Neuroscience, and Ophthalmology.

The role focuses on shaping and executing enterprise and therapeutic-area strategies for specialty products and biosimilar portfolios in competitive, regulated markets. Working closely with the Sr Director, Corporate Strategy, and Executive Leadership Team, the candidate will use market insights, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to guide decision-making and drive long-term value.

• Supporting enterprise and therapeutic-area strategic initiatives
• Leading analyses on portfolio prioritization, lifecycle management, indication expansion, and pipeline decisions
• Collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, and Manufacturing teams
• Supporting launch planning, post-LOE strategies, and competitive positioning
• Partnering with senior leadership to inform investment, growth, and risk decisions
• Creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations
• Communicating strategy across the organization to ensure alignment and execution

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field (top-tier preferred);
  Bachelor's in a science discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or in-house strategy, corporate development, or business planning within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 5+ years in consulting, advising pharma clients on growth, portfolio strategy, product launches, pipeline prioritization, and biosimilar markets
• In-house experience supporting C-level initiatives, long-range planning, M&A, licensing, or biosimilar portfolio strategy
• Proven ability to synthesize clinical, regulatory, commercial, market access, and financial insights into actionable recommendations
• Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives (go-to-market, therapeutic strategy, biosimilar commercialization, transformation)

Skills and Capabilities:

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain (R&D, regulatory pathways, market access, commercialization)
• Knowledge of biosimilar dynamics (pricing, payer behavior, interchangeability, launch sequencing)
• Expertise in specialty markets, including patient journeys and reimbursement challenges
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic communication skills
• Ability to influence senior leadership and work effectively in matrixed, global teams
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with analytics tools, presentations, and AI-enabled strategy technologies
