Asst Project Mgr – Residential or Commercial

Downtown Naples - Privately-owned, high-quality sustainability GC ($200M+ revenue), recipient of many awards for product and design & specializing in ground-up commercial is looking for a degreed Assistant Project Manger preferably with Residential OR Commercial construction experience. Visible role directly supporting the Principles with a stellar advancement track to Sr. PM/Estimator.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with permit, RFIs, budget, project schedule, contracts and weekly progress reports.
QualificationsDegreed with 3-5 years' experience in construction; some field experience strongly preferred.
CompensationSalary range: $80-90k (based on experience) + 10% bonus.
