Position Title: Project Executive - Luxury Condominium High-Rise Construction

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of a luxury condominium high-rise project. This role is responsible for overall project execution, team leadership, client relationship management, schedule and budget oversight, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate brings extensive high-rise construction experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven record of delivering complex, high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for a luxury high-rise condominium project from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project strategy, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management
• Co-Lead project teams with the General Superintendent, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractor partners
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, architects, engineers, consultants, and city officials
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, contract requirements, and reporting expectations
• Manage change orders, cost forecasting, subcontractor performance, and project controls
• Drive proactive planning to meet milestones and exceed client expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience with a strong focus on high-rise and/or luxury residential projects
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex construction projects in a senior leadership role
• Professional degree required (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field)
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methods, contracts, and construction operations
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule oversight

Preferred Experience

• Luxury condominium high-rise construction (high-end finishes, complex coordination, premium client expectations)
• Experience working with owners' representatives, architects, and design teams in a highly collaborative environment
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to premium quality standards
