Construction Manager/ Foreman, Building Maintenance
Coastal Painting Contractors is one of the fastest-growing commercial painting and coatings companies in Florida. We deliver high-end finishes on commercial projects — hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and industrial. We run like a real construction company: tight schedules, real QC, pro-grade tech, and leaders who invest in their people.
We are not a handyman paint crew. If you want to lead jobs the right way with a team that actually supports you, keep reading.
The RoleWe're hiring a Painting Site Superintendent to lead execution across our commercial paint operation in Southwest Florida. You'll run multiple active commercial painting jobs at once — driving crews, schedule, quality, safety, and budget. This is not a hands‑on 'brush in hand' role. This is a field leadership role.
What You'll Own- Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously from mobilization to final walk
- Schedule and oversee painting crews across job sites — in-house and subs
- Enforce site safety, PPE, OSHA compliance, and our internal safety program
- Execute every job to spec — drawings, submittals, product data, scopes of work
- Run quality control — surface prep, mil thickness, coating systems, cut lines, finish quality
- Hit or beat labor budgets through smart crew deployment and production tracking
- Be the primary field contact for GCs, property managers, and owner reps
- Attend site meetings, submit daily reports, and communicate with the PM team
- Flag delays, scope changes, and risks early — before they eat the budget
- 5+ years in commercial painting as a Foreman, Field Super, or Lead (painting industry experience is required — this is not a GC role)
- Proven ability to run multiple active commercial paint jobs at the same time
- Strong understanding of commercial coating systems, surface prep, and application methods (spray, roll, brush)
- Able to read plans, specs, paint schedules, and product data sheets
- Sharp at scheduling crews and forecasting manpower needs
- Professional and composed on OAC calls and site meetings
- OSHA 10 or 30 (we'll pay for it if you don't have it)
- Valid FL driver's license with a clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
- Based in or near Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, or Estero
- $70,000–$85,000 base + company vehicle (DOE)
- Performance bonus tied to project profitability and on-time delivery
- Company vehicle
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Best-in-class tech stack so you lead instead of chase paperwork
- Clear growth path into General Superintendent / Operations leadership as we expand
- Culture built on four values:
Innovation, Honesty, Ambition, Empowerment
We're one of the few painting companies in the country running real project controls, real estimating, real safety systems. Most painting supers in SWFL are working for chaotic shops with no systems, no support, and no upside. That's not us. If you're ready to lead with real backing and a real career path, this is the seat.
