This position will lead the Estimating Department ensuring profitability for Public Commercial projects ($5-$8M) - ground-up (70%) & renovation (30%) to include municipal work, hospitals, churches, schools, airports, etc. Responsible for quantity takeoffs, hard bids, overseeing bid documents, addendums, RFIs, design correspondence, providing budgets, and procuring construction drawings. Proficiency in Pro Core, Build Connect, and Pro Est softwares is ideal.

Salary $130k-$150k + $5-7K bonus (don’t let $ deter you!)
