High‑End Residential Construction Superintendent

Toscana Homes, a high‑end custom home builder in Naples, is looking for a full‑time job site superintendent. The incumbent will provide on‑site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including subcontractor coordination, material and equipment management, ensuring that specifications are strictly followed, and that work proceeds on schedule and within budget.

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors along the critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required job site inspections.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain a daily log of job site activities.
• Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites, as required.
• Issue notices of non‑compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure the job site is always kept clean and organized.
• Identify and complete punch list items for job progress and completion.

• Minimum five years of high‑end residential construction supervisory experience; local experience required.
• Knowledge of Builder Trend software.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, product specifications, installation manuals, safety and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver consistently high performance in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure work environment.

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday; weekends as needed.

License/Certification:
Driver's License (required).

Work Location:

In person, Naples.

Salary is based upon experience. A Paid‑Time‑Off plan is included. Position is available immediately.
