Construction Manager | Luxury Custom Homes | Naples, FL
We are representing the elite custom home builder in Southwest Florida, delivering some of the most significant and technically challenging residential projects anywhere in the United States.
This opportunity is specifically aimed at high-calibre construction professionals who have come through leading Construction Management, Construction Science, Building Construction, or Construction Engineering programs and are looking to accelerate their careers within the luxury custom home sector.
You will work alongside some of the most experienced residential construction professionals in the country, helping deliver exceptional custom homes for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities- Support the management and delivery of luxury custom home projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors and field teams
- Review plans, specifications, schedules and project documentation
- Assist in maintaining quality, safety and scheduling standards
- Help identify and resolve construction challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with senior project leadership and ownership teams
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
- Bachelor of Science in Building Construction
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Science
- Construction Engineering & Management Degree
- Graduates from leading construction programs such as the University of Florida (M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management), Auburn University, Purdue University, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, Michigan State University, Colorado State University, or similar institutions are strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems and project delivery
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ambitious, career-driven and eager to learn from the best in the industry
