We are looking for a Preconstruction Manager in the Naples - Fort Myers area of SW Florida. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with a major commercial construction company in the region.
About the Role
The Preconstruction Manager will oversee the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring that all aspects are planned and executed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the preconstruction process from initial planning to final design.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop project budgets and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform project planning.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
Preferred Skills
