Permanent Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare Construction industry.

We are looking for someone passionate about the healthcare construction industry and experienced in leading complex projects from conception to completion. This role is for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on healthcare facilities.

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure.
• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate staff and internal resources.
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage issues as they arise.
• Work closely with stakeholders and maintain open lines of communication.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.

• Minimum of 7+ years experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction industry.
• Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground‑up Construction, Healthcare Renovation, Renovation, and Commercial Projects.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
