We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a leading General Contractor delivering a ground-up multifamily development in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.
- Maintain project logs and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with the Superintendent to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
- 2+ years of construction experience as an APM, Project Engineer, or similar.
- Ground-up commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
