• Manage job site safety, quality and schedule assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Mentor and develop field team members while effectively managing the overall team.
• Work collaboratively with project manager and other project team members.
• Manage the field and project team successfully and collaboratively.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with clients, construction managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
• Responsible for project set-up, job site logistics, field coordination, and project schedule.
• Review all project documents for constructability and content, including drawings.
• Maintain and update projects records including RFI’s, ASI’s and as-builts.
• Create and enforce a site-specific emergency action plan for assigned projects in collaboration with project manager.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
• Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections and agencies.
• Manage job site manpower and production and performance.
• Use Procore software effectively.
