The Axel Group is seeking a Superintendent for our client's team. This role is dedicated to overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality homes on time and within budget, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and quality standards throughout the construction process.

• Manage daily job site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, OSHA standards, and company quality expectations
• Monitor project schedules, conduct inspections, and oversee overall progress
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Review plans, shop drawings, and proactively identify potential issues
• Track and complete punch lists and project documentation
• Communicate regularly with project managers and internal teams
• Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients

• Minimum of 5+ years of residential construction experience, with preferred experience in homebuilding
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar preferred)
• OSHA certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience with high‑end or luxury residential projects
• Background in using project management tools like Procore

• Ability to walk job sites, including roofs
• Lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed

Salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
