Operating at the absolute pinnacle of the residential construction market, delivering only a highly selective number of private estates each year. Projects typically range from $40 million to well over $100 million and are defined by exceptional architecture, uncompromising craftsmanship, complex engineering, and an extraordinary level of customization.

Opportunities to join this team are exceptionally rare. They are now looking to add a Project Engineer to their team.

This position would suit an ambitious, high-calibre construction professional at the beginning of their career. The ideal candidate will have recently completed a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field from a leading U.S. university.

Previous exposure to either commercial or residential construction would be beneficial; however, extensive industry experience is not required.

This is far more than a traditional entry-level Project Engineer position. • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with the daily coordination of site and project activities.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, drawings, procurement logs, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Support quality-control inspections and help ensure that work is completed in accordance with project drawings and specifications.

• Degree in construction, engineering, or a related field from a leading U.S. university.
• Recent graduate or candidate with approximately 0–3 years of construction experience.
• Exposure to residential or commercial construction through employment or internships.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and eager to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction-management software would be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Naples area.
