Salary: $95,000 - $150,000 per year

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Sr. Project Manager in the Healthcare Construction industry. Your key responsibilities will include:

• As a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure. You will be working on a variety of healthcare projects, including ground-up construction, healthcare renovation, and commercial projects.
• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise.
• Working closely with stakeholders and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
• Ensuring compliance with AHCA regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare construction industry.
• Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground up Construction, Healthcare Renovation, Renovation, and Commercial Projects.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
