MEP Superintendent

A well-established, employee-owned commercial contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Superintendent to join its growing Southwest Florida team.

This is a hands-on field leadership opportunity for someone who understands commercial construction and has experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, piping, or other MEP scopes
. You do not need to be an expert in every trade, but strong HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge is highly preferred.

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate project teams and trades, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical, and other MEP scopes
• Manage field personnel, subcontractors, scheduling, and project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and other project stakeholders
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and schedule
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact the project
• Participate in project planning, coordination, inspections, and turnover
• Maintain strong communication between field and project management teams

• Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and/or piping experience
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing field crews and coordinating multiple trades
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, quality, and safety in a fast-paced construction environment
• Commercial MEP contractor experience is preferred
• Base salary up to $140,000
• Bonus potential up to 10%
