• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
• Scan homes and apartments with Matterport Pro3 cameras, creating floor plans and footage.
• Capture residential photography for marketing purposes to advertise homes and apartments.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that showcases each property in the most pleasing way possible.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales partners, researchers, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• While not scanning a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as necessary.
• Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least two years of professional experience as a photographer, or a recent degree in photography.
• Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Quick learner of commercial‑real‑estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
• Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a driving record/abstraction check and responsible driving record.

The position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid on a monthly cycle and are based on performance against pre‑determined metrics.
