Pay Range: $47,000 to $53,000, based on experience
John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate is seeking aSocial Media & Content Specialist to elevate our brand presence across all digital platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and distributing high-quality photo and video content that showcases our agents, listings, lifestyle, and community impact throughout Southwest Florida.
Reporting directly to the Digital Media Manager, this position plays a critical role in strengthening JRW’s market leadership, agent value proposition, and consumer engagement through consistent, professional, and on‑brand content.
This is a hands‑on, creative role for someone who understands both storytelling and strategy
, and who can execute efficiently in a fast‑moving, brand‑driven environment.
- Capture high‑quality photo and video content using mobile devices and DSLR cameras
- Produce content featuring listings, agents, office culture, events, luxury lifestyle, and community initiatives
- Ensure all content aligns with JRW brand standards and Christie’s International Real Estate guidelines
- Adapt content formats for multiple platforms (short‑form, long‑form, vertical, horizontal)
- Publish and manage content across all JRW digital media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, JRW Blog and emerging platforms
- Optimize posts for engagement, reach, and brand consistency
- Maintain a structured posting cadence in alignment with marketing campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Monitor performance and audience engagement trends
- Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for social, web, and internal use
- Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements to enhance viewer engagement
- Repurpose video content across multiple channels to maximize reach and ROI
- Maintain an organized content library for ongoing use
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager to execute JRW’s digital content strategy
- Assist in developing content themes that support agent recruitment, retention, listings, and brand storytelling
- Identify opportunities to highlight agents, offices, and unique JRW initiatives through video and social content
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Work closely with marketing, leadership, and agents to capture timely and relevant content
- Support brokerage‑wide initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations based on engagement and content metrics
- Act as a trusted creative partner to internal teams and leadership
- 1 to 2 years experience creating and editing social media content (real estate or lifestyle brands a plus)
- Comfortable shooting content on both mobile devices and DSLR cameras
- Proficiency with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Self‑starter with a creative mindset and collaborative attitude
