Are you passionate about storytelling, design, and digital trends? Summerfields Fine Furnishings is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media / Marketing Intern to help us share our brand story across Instagram, Facebook, email, and beyond. This is a hands‑on opportunity to blend content creation with marketing strategy—capturing the beauty of our store vignettes, curating behind‑the‑scenes moments, and connecting with our community both online and in‑store.

Location: Hybrid (in-store + remote)
Hours: Flexible, part‑time
Key Responsibilities- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and email newsletters
- Capture photo and video content that highlights store vignettes, product features, and behind‑the‑scenes moments
- Assist with graphics, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Support planning and coverage for in‑store events
- Analyze engagement and offer ideas for growth
- Enthusiastic about branding, marketing, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Canva, Instagram Reels, and basic editing apps
- Eye for aesthetics and on‑brand content creation
- Must be organized, creative, and self‑motivated
Location: Office‑based with in‑home consultations as needed
Hours: Part‑time to full‑time, depending on project load
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute full‑service interior design projects
- Develop concepts, space plans, and color palettes tailored to each client
- Source furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and accessories
- Oversee project timelines, vendor relationships, and installations
- Collaborate with our retail team to source one‑of‑a‑kind pieces from our store
- Degree or certificate in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of residential design experience
- Strong eye for style and detail, with a blend of classic and contemporary sensibilities
- Proficient in design software (Sketch Up, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Professional, personable, and client‑focused
