First Baptist Academy in Naples, FL seeks a dedicated Middle School / High School Band Director to teach instrumental music to grades 6–12, develop concert and pep bands, and integrate a Biblical worldview into every lesson.
The successful candidate will hold a music education degree, demonstrate conducting proficiency, and model Christ-centered leadership. This is a 10-month, full-time role reporting to the Fine Arts Director and leading ensembles, rehearsals, and school performances.
