Position: Part Time (20 Hours) Associate Banker, Cocoa Branch, Cocoa, FL

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, checking them into the waiting queue, and managing lobby traffic.
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
  • Educate clients on technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive, friendly service.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.
  • Ability to engage clients through clear, polite communication and anticipation of client needs.
  • Ability to resolve client issues with detail and consistency, providing a seamless client experience.
  • Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Client service experience or comparable experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
