Customer Service Representative

Overview

Zoom Tan is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in their Corporate Office in Naples, Florida. Positions starting at $20.00/Hour, but will pay more for experience. We offer a complete benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) Plan, and Life and Disability Insurance) for all employees working over 30 hours/week. Full Time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year at hire.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients to provide information and assist in resolving issues.
• Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.
• Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.
• Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
• Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Be able to work well within a team environment and individually.
• Prior Call Center Experience Preferred.
• Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.

We are hiring for a Full Time opening and offer flexible scheduling. The Call Center is currently operated Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
