DeVoe Automotive Group is looking for a Service Appointment Specialist to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). This role is the heartbeat between our customers and service team-keeping schedules full, customers happy, and operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-energy, people-focused role where no two days look exactly the same.

On the phones:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers needing service
  • Help guide them on next steps and answer basic questions
  • Keep conversations friendly, efficient, and helpful
Scheduling & coordination:
  • Book and confirm service appointments
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians
  • Capture customer concerns clearly so the team is set up for success
Keeping things organized:
  • Enter and update customer info in our CRM
  • Track communication and follow-ups
  • Keep records clean and accurate

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, BDC, or admin support
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Comfortable with computers and data entry
  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
