Vineyards Country Club is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Fitness Attendant to join our Wellness Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional member experiences in a premier private club environment.

Position Summary:

The Fitness Attendant is responsible for helping create a welcoming, clean, safe, and professional atmosphere for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced wellness environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide facility tours and assist members with fitness center amenities and services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the fitness center, locker rooms, and studios.
• Monitor and replenish towels, linens, supplies, and member amenities.
• Assist with class schedules, reservations, and member inquiries.
• Promote wellness programs, fitness classes, and club services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member requests and concerns.
• Maintain an active and visible presence throughout the fitness facility.
• Communicate maintenance, safety, or member service concerns to management.
• Support daily operations and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and service-driven.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.

Position Details:

• Part-Time Position.
• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour.
