About the Naples Children Foundation

The Naples Children Foundation (NCF), founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival (NWWF), is a non‑profit organization dedicated to improving educational, emotional and health outcomes for vulnerable children in Collier County. Through its annual grants and strategic initiatives, NCF has impacted nearly 90% of the most effective nonprofits in the local community, providing 385,000 children with needed services. Since 2000, NCF has raised more than $366 million, supporting children’s services with the help of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, the largest international charity wine auction in the world.

We seek a professional travel planning and administration agency to manage and execute donated Auction Lot travel packages and experiences—travel excursions, stays in private homes and luxury yacht experiences—for attendees of the 2027 Naples Winter Wine Festival (January 29‑31, 2027 in Naples, FL). The agency must be experienced in providing high‑end, luxury, global travel for groups ranging from 2 to 8 people, spanning 5‑10 days, and capable of arranging exclusive, unique locations and high‑end activities, excursions and meals.

Additional services: scheduling and executing airline travel for celebrity chefs, sommeliers, vintners and special guests; maintaining traveler records, itineraries and communications; providing a 24‑hour concierge program for airline reservations, VIP arrival, customs and ground transportation; and supporting travelers in case of disruption.

• Vet and support planning of donated travel excursions.
• Plan and coordinate travel experiences in close collaboration with NCF staff.
• Work with winning bidders to design and execute travel plans.
• Provide assistance to travelers during disruptions or other circumstances.
• Maintain records of communication with winning bidders and donors.
• Provide 24‑hour concierge support for airline reservations and related services.
• Deliver worldwide 24/7 support to NCF and travelers as needed.

• Over 10 years of relevant experience, including required certifications or credentials.
• Experience working with organizations offering similar services.
• Experience planning, coordinating and executing complex, high‑end global travel.
• Evidence of careful planning and budgeting, demonstrating consideration for the charitable nature of the auction.
• Ability to select the best option and pricing, and provide multiple or various quotes on ticketing.
• Ability to deliver high‑level services such as short‑notice bookings and current health protocol information.
• Availability of worldwide 24/7 support services for NCF and travelers.

• Recognition as a Corporate Partner in the Naples Winter Wine Festival catalog, printed materials and website.
• Acknowledgment in auction materials and other promotional outlets for supporting the community.
