Customer Service Coordinator – Full-Time

Naples Airport Authority serves the community with a purpose of providing a safe, efficient and financially sustainable airport that best serves the overall interests of the community.

Responsible for providing excellence in customer service and enhancing customer relationships at the point of arrival and departure at the FBO. This position coordinates daily customer service activities and provides advanced customer service support for corporate and private aircraft customers while ensuring requested services are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Some of the position duties include:

• Ensures that "Red Carpet Service" is provided to all arriving and departing aircraft. Ensures that vehicles are pre-positioned, catering orders are accurate, and services are rendered in a timely manner.
• Personalizes the delivery of service to meet the specific needs of the customer as well as assisting with basic line service and customer service duties as needed.
• Coordinates the daily activities and training of Ramp Assistants.
• Provides rides to customers using golf carts and/or passenger vans or other vehicles on the FBO ramp.
• Maintains and exhibits a strong knowledge of proper safety procedures and situational awareness.

Requirements:

• Two years of customer service, hospitality, aviation, or related experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn aviation business systems, including X-1
  
  FBO.
• Must have strong multitasking skills and creative thinking.
• Must have excellent people skills and be able to maintain a professional positive working attitude during stressful situations.
• A current, valid Florida driver's license with full privileges that meets the NAA minimum standards.

Starting Salary: $24.93 per hour
