Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Customer Service Cash Clerk for a contract/temporary opportunity in Naples, FL. This role supports a legal services and collections environment connected to court‑related payments, with a focus on accurate cash handling, customer service, data entry, and payment processing. The Customer Service Cash Clerk is ideal for someone with strong cashiering, bank teller, retail cash handling, or payment processing experience who enjoys working with the public in a structured, professional office setting.

• Accept and process customer payments accurately, including cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
• Provide professional customer service to individuals making payments or requesting account‑related assistance.
• Enter payment and transaction information into Excel and other internal software systems.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records related to daily cash activity.
• Balance cash handling activity and follow established procedures for payment processing.
• Support the Traffic Division by assisting with collections‑related administrative and clerical tasks.
