• Welcome and check in guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer phones, respond to text messages, and manage online appointment requests.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently.
• Process client payments and balance the daily register.
• Recommend salon products and promote current specials and memberships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Support stylists and salon staff to ensure appointments run smoothly.
• Help create an exceptional experience for every guest from arrival to checkout.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Previous salon, spa, hospitality, or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
