Customer Service Representative I

Naples Airport Authority serves the community with a purpose of providing a safe, efficient and financially sustainable airport that best serves the overall interests of the community.

THE POSITION

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to airport customers and serving as a welcoming first point of contact. They provide attentive, professional support while coordinating customer and aircraft service needs and working closely with flight crews, dispatch, and line service. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an accurate, efficient, and positive customer experience.

Some

of the position duties include:
  • Greet airport visitors and provide proactive, professional customer service.
  • Coordinate fueling, ground services, towing, catering, transportation, lodging, and rentals.
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
  • Use X-1

    FBO to enter and validate aircraft, service, and billing information.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and line service to support timely and accurate service.
  • Maintain valet and crew car records, complete daily close-out activities, and resolve routine customer concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Six months of customer service, hospitality, administrative support, aviation, or related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn aviation business systems.
  • Valid Florida driver's license with driving record meeting Authority standards.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
