As our Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they walk in.
• Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an organized schedule for our stylists.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
• Assisting with the overall flow of the salon, including light administrative tasks.
• Supporting the team in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for our guests.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Familiarity with salon or spa environments is a plus, but not required.
